The web interface is optimized for touch, with buttons sized for easy tapping. To add pln to your home screen for faster access, tap the Share button, select Add to Home Screen, and choose a name. This creates an app-like shortcut that opens pln directly without needing to open Safari first.
Web app for desktop and mobile browsers
Our pln web app works on any device with a modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Desktop users get a full-width interface with larger text and buttons. Mobile browser users see a responsive layout that adapts to screen size. The web version does not require installation or permission grants, making it the fastest way to start if you are unsure about downloading an app.
Account setup and verification
After installation or first login, create an account by providing your email, username, password, and mobile number. We send a verification code to your email; enter it to confirm. Next, upload a photo of your KTP, driving licence, or passport. Our verification team reviews your document and confirms your account within one business day. Once verified, you can deposit, access all games, and withdraw your balance.

Troubleshooting common installation issues
If Android installation fails, ensure your device has sufficient storage (at least 50 MB free) and that you have toggled Unknown Sources in Settings > Security. If your device does not recognize the APK file, try downloading it again or clearing your browser cache. For iOS users unable to add pln to the home screen, ensure your Safari is up to date and try the shortcut from a different browser. If you see a certificate warning on any browser, contact our support team, as this is unusual and may indicate a network issue on your end.
Permissions, data security, and your pln account
Our pln app requests camera permission for identity verification (uploading a selfie with your document), microphone permission for live-chat support, and notification permission for alerts. You can grant or deny each permission independently. If you deny a permission, the related feature simply becomes unavailable; your account remains active.
